Super easy egg pudding

I am so surprised that steam egg with milk can be so tasty!


Note: the crack portion in the picture is the part I taste after done.

Simple steps and ingredients!

Ingredient : 1 kampung egg, 120 ml Pura fresh milk and half tablespoon muscovado sugar.

Steps:
1) Add half tablespoon sugar into 120ml milk.
2) Put the milk in hot water and stir till the sugar dissolve.
3) In separate bowl, whisk the egg ( I use chopstick)
4) Pour the milk into egg slowly and filter ( I do not filter So the steam pudding looks not very smooth)
5) Steam for 10 mins ( I steam with cover like Cawanmushi)

Note: I simplified a lot from original recipe but still very nice!
